Une baie abritée derrière K'gari (Fraser Island) avec plusieurs spots pour débutants, de Toogoom à la jetée d'Urangan. Un banc de sable juste au large garde l'eau peu profonde et surtout plate à marée basse, clapoteuse à marée haute. Les vents de sud-est à nord-est font 15 à 25 nœuds en moyenne de septembre à avril ; ensuite ils passent à l'ouest et deviennent rafaleux.
