A remote island in the Sulu Sea between Panay and Palawan that windsurfers and kiters return to every Amihan season, from late October to March. Capusan Beach on the west side has flat water behind a sandbar at every tide and a shallow sandy bay for learning, with 15–25 knots from the north-east; Quijano Beach on the east side is crystal clear, shallow and flat.
