Poole Harbour

A huge natural harbour on England's south coast where you can wade out almost 200 m and still stand, giving flat water with only a little chop and a safe place to learn. It works year-round, best on a north-westerly, with easy parking and the shops and cafés of the Sandbanks and Poole beaches close by. A beginner and freeride spot that gets crowded on good days; not one for waves.
