Sweden's best-known kite beach, a long sandy strand on the Öresund just north of Malmö, with reliable wind, shallow water close to shore and conditions for everyone from first-timers to experienced riders. Lomma Beach next door has flat water inside its bay for learning new tricks. The Swedish season runs May to September with 15–30 knots, mostly south-westerly and westerly; spring and autumn blow harder but call for gloves and boots.
