Pichidangui

A 3-mile sandy bay about three hours north of Santiago. The southerly, Chile's best kiting wind, blows 10–20 knots most days from September to March and is side-shore in much of the bay; it is gusty near the peninsula but cleaner a few hundred metres south. Flat water in the river mouth and small, long waves, with 3–6 ft at the north end.
