A seaside town two hours from Ho Chi Minh City with a long, wide, soft-sand beach and a kite school. The wind blows side-shore at 8–20 knots, occasionally 35–40, from November to April, over small waves that make it a good place for beginners to move on to riding in surf; it is far less crowded than Mũi Né.
