A remote fishing village on the north-west coast of the Dominican Republic, far from the crowds of Cabarete. A shallow bay protected by a reef gives flat water for freestyle and learning, and the trade wind can reach 30 knots from December to August; part of the beach is kept clear for a kite school. Best at high tide because of the reef.
