Buenos Aires – Río de la Plata

The riverside kite beaches in Buenos Aires' northern suburbs, such as Perú Beach, on the brown water of the vast Río de la Plata estuary. Wind comes two or three times a week at 15–25 knots, side-shore from the south-east, or from the north-east to east in summer, over flat to choppy water with small waves; a licence is required.
