A white sandy beach on the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria only 8 km from Lamezia Terme airport, ruled by thermal winds from spring to the end of summer that blow regularly at an average of 17 knots thanks to the region's stable high pressure. Now and then the Scirocco takes over with side-offshore gusts beyond 20–25 knots for the experienced riders. A large beach of sand and shingle with lots of space; the venue of international kite events and one of Italy's mainland classics.
