A holiday resort on Jammer Bay with long sandy beaches and dunes. North of the pier, westerlies hit side- to onshore and kickers line up; in south-south-west to west-south-west winds a breakwater holds back the small waves, so only the bigger ones break on the outer sandbanks and the Danish shorebreak is tamed. Watch for currents and occasional offshore wind.
