A wide bay on the Costa Brava with a long sandy beach at Sant Pere Pescador and Empuriabrava, fed by the Tramontana from the north and afternoon sea breezes in summer. Onshore or side-onshore wind and chop, no reef, and lots of space make it forgiving. Good for all levels; strong Tramontana days are the ones intermediate and advanced riders come for.
