Formentera – Ses Illetes

The narrow white-sand spit at the northern tip of Formentera has water on both sides, so you pick the flat, turquoise side that suits the wind; northerlies work best. The thermal is light, around 8–18 knots, and most reliable in spring. From April to October signposted rules restrict where and when you may ride because the beaches are packed with tourists.
