Wing Kite Beginner Intermediate Advanced

Amsterdam's go-to spots either side of the IJmuiden harbour piers. South of the pier is the widest beach in the Netherlands, with incredibly shallow water for more than 500 m, good for beginners; Wijk aan Zee to the north has chop to big waves for intermediates. The predominant south-westerly averages 15–25 knots with depressions from autumn to spring, and winter has the most wind.
