One of the easiest wave spots on Brazil's north-east coast: a pure sand beach with nothing in the water, a side-offshore easterly of 6–7 Bft almost daily from mid-July to mid-January, and full strength from late morning. At low tide there is flat water with small ramps, at mid and high tide 0.5–1.5 m waves to ride and jump, up to 2 m with a good swell, with flat patches between them. Best for intermediate and advanced riders who want an uncrowded, laid-back wave spot rather than nightlife.
